The museum is easily accessible to people with a physical disability. All floors of the museum can be reached by elevator. It is advisable to visit the museum with a companion, i.v.m. among other things, the doors between the various museum halls. The museum is accessible to wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters that are the size of an electric wheelchair.
Unfortunately, the use of larger mobility scooters is not possible in our elevators. You can park your mobility scooter with us and then use one of our two wheelchairs (see the information below). With the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs, dogs are not allowed in the museum.
