Directions from Bergen op Zoom

  • Follow the A58
  • Take the exit towards Terneuzen - 's-Heerenhoek (N62).
  • Continue to the N62.
  • Take the exit towards 's-Heerenhoek/Lewedorp, from the N62.
  • On the roundabout the 1st exit on the right.
  • Turn left to the Schippersweg.
  • Turn right to Coudorp.
  • After a hundred meters, the destination is to your left

Directions from Flushing

  • You follow the A58.
  • Take exit 39 towards Middelburg/Vlissingen-Oost.
  • Follow Terneuzen(Toll)/Vlissingen-Oost (N254).
  • Take, for the tunnel, the exit towards Nieuwdorp.
  • Turn left into the French Road and continue until the T-Junction.
  • Take the right exit to the Halsweg.
  • If you keep driving straight ahead, you will automatically arrive at the dike.
  • After 700 meters, the destination is to your left.

Directions from Terneuzen

  • After the Westerscheldetunnel (N62) you will arrive at the toll gates. After the toll gates, the N62 passes into the N254.
  • Take (immediately after the traffic lights) the aflslag towards Nieuwdorp/Havens 2200 - 7000.
  • Take (immediately after the traffic lights) the aflslag towards Nieuwdorp/Havens 2200 - 7000.
  • Turn right into the French Road.
  • Take the right exit to the Halsweg.
  • The museum (and the car park is on your left).

Coaches:
Guests can get off at the entrance of the museum and the coach will park you free of charge in our car park for buses. This site is located at halsweg 4A in Nieuwdorp. The driver can enjoy a cup of coffee at this location or return to the museum (500 meters) with a (loan) bike. The entrance fee for the bus driver is free and he or she gets a cup of coffee in one of our museum cafés.

Parking:
The Liberation Museum has its own car park with a capacity of 80 places where you can park for free. Disabled visitors can use the parking spaces specially designed for disabled people, which are located at the front of the car park.
